1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in original condition  
• Include original packaging, accessories, and tags  
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation  
• Not fall under the non-returnable category

Products returned without prior return approval may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team:

• Reason for return  
• Images/videos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We request customers to inspect their order upon delivery.

If you receive:

• A damaged product  
• A defective item  
• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@storespatakare.com with supporting images/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personal care & hygiene products  
• Beauty and cosmetic products once opened  
• Customized or personalized products  
• Perishable items  
• Gift cards  
• Products marked as “Final Sale”  
• Used or damaged products caused by misuse

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method  
• Processing time may take 7–10 business days  
• Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary

7. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable  
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
